Beautiful photos.
When my mom was little, her dad and mom would set up a huge nativity that took over the parlor, with cheap plaster figures, of course. They would start the kings from the opposite side of the room from manger and move them a little closer every day until Epiphany. Of course no one has room or time for that sort of thing these days, but I'm glad to know my mom and her siblings grew up with that experience. When I was a child, we used to start our kings out on the piano, but the nativity display itself was always limited to a single side table.
