Cappucino Punch - from Family Christmas OnlineTM

Shelia saw this at a wedding and got the recipe from the very nice lady who made it. This makes a gallon, which is a good amount for a party. For the wedding it was doubled. If you serve this in the evening warn your guests it has "real" coffee.

For this recipe you'll need:

    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup instant coffee granules
    2 quarts of milk
    1 quart vanilla ice cream
    1 quart chocolate ice cream
    1 cup boiling water

Stir the instant coffee granules and sugar into a cup of boiling water (use at least a 2-cup container for this step).

Chill the mixture

In a six or eight quart container, mix the chilled mixer with 2 quarts of milk and stir, then stir in the ice cream.

Please let us know if you have any feedback suggestions, additions, or corrections.

Happy Holidays,

Paul and Shelia Race
